As the Director of Operations Strategy (General Liability), you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for a large national client program. This role exists to align operational execution, client service delivery, analytics, and program initiatives to support high-quality claim outcomes, operational excellence, and long-term client partnership success.
You will serve as the primary coordination point between operations, analytics, client stakeholders, and executive leadership. Your day will involve translating operational and financial data into actionable insights, leading cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment, and partnering with internal leadership to develop and monitor program improvement initiatives. You will directly oversee the GL Non-Litigation Claims Manager and GL Litigation Supervisor, ensuring seamless integration across litigated and non-litigated operations while managing performance metrics such as claim quality, inventory, cycle time, and financial outcomes.
