As the Director of Operations Strategy (General Liability), you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for a large national client program. This role exists to align operational execution, client service delivery, analytics, and program initiatives to support high-quality claim outcomes and long-term client partnership success. You will serve as the primary coordination point between operations, analytics, client stakeholders, and executive leadership, ensuring consistent execution of program objectives while translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
