The Operations Director serves as a strategic leader for Independent Operations, ensuring operational excellence and financial accountability across tour programs, guest services, and retail. The General Laborer provides essential hands-on support to the Facilities & Maintenance team at Icy Strait Point. This role is vital for maintaining safe, clean, and functional guest and employee areas within a high-volume tourism and marine environment. The position requires consistent physical labor and flexibility to work in all weather conditions, from rain and cold to variable coastal environments. The General Laborer collaborates with carpenters, public space crews, and heavy equipment operators to ensure the property remains ready for peak cruise days and daily operations.
