Director of Nursing - Quality Assurance

Hospitals in the Harlingen, TX area are actively seeking a Director of Nursing - Quality Assurance. Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,150 to $98,020. In addition to base compensation, the employer provides a comprehensive benefits package including a sign-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(K) retirement plan, paid time off, and tuition assistance. Cross-training opportunities are also available.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing and possess an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
