About the Role

As the RN Director for Med/Surg, PCU, and ICU, you will lead and participate in the development of programs and services to meet the needs of the community. You will be responsible for the direction and coordination of activities within your assigned division to execute daily operations and meet the objectives of the hospital Plan for the Provision of Patient Care.

In this role, you will implement standards and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing care delivered. You will hold administrative responsibility for assigned departments and for program development within the Department of Patient Care Services. Working collaboratively with medical staff and hospital administration, you will help personalize the Piedmont Medical Center strategic plan. Your leadership will directly impact the lives of patients and their families as we accept nothing less than excellence in service.
