Key Responsibilities

- check_circleDevelop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and best practices
- check_circleEnsure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations and standards

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted RN license in relevant state
- verifiedBSN required; MSN or related advanced degree preferred
- verifiedCPR/BLS certification
- verifiedACLS certification preferred
- verifiedPrior experience in long-term care, acute care, or similar setting
- verifiedDemonstrated experience in nursing leadership or management roles
