About the Role
As the Nurse Manager for the Critical Care ICU, you will serve as the strategic leader for our daily operations. This role exists to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while empowering our clinical staff through dedicated coaching, mentoring, and performance management. You will be the primary bridge between the ICU team, hospital leadership, and external departments, navigating complex patient needs with decisive leadership.
