This position serves as the strategic anchor for delivering sales quotas within a defined territory. The role is pivotal in managing and directing Manufacturer's Representatives while simultaneously driving growth through the development of existing accounts and the acquisition of new business. Success is measured monthly, focusing on both overall territory growth and the performance of the representative team.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction for resource allocation, identifying new opportunities to expand market presence. This is a high-impact role requiring daily interaction with accounts to close deals, support trade shows, and lead product presentations. Beyond sales execution, the position involves evaluating customer needs to determine tailored solutions, assisting in the implementation of Company products within client organizations, and identifying new product opportunities to communicate to product management.
Candidates must be located in the Northeast region, specifically covering Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, New York State, and areas extending East and North up to Maine. The role requires a stable work history and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Applicants should demonstrate proven experience in hiring, training, and supporting Manufacturer's Representatives, distributors, and integrators.
