About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing and Communications to lead the development and execution of firmwide marketing initiatives that strengthen and elevate our brand across all platforms. This role is responsible for shaping and implementing an integrated marketing and communications strategy, including public relations, graphic design, digital and print content, and event programming. The position supports go-to-market objectives, reinforces the firm’s vision, culture, and strategic goals, and ensures consistent messaging across internal and external channels.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on marketing and communications leader with experience developing integrated strategies that strengthen brand positioning and support firmwide initiatives across multiple channels. This position offers the opportunity to advise senior leadership, manage impactful campaigns, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture while driving the firm's external profile.
