About the Role

The Director of Marketing is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for guiding the company's marketing strategy, planning, execution, and performance review. This role exists to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our diverse channels, including e-commerce, catalog, retail, and hospitality.

You will serve as the bridge between high-level direction and tactical execution. While setting the vision for omnichannel campaigns, you will also stay close to the details required to move projects forward. The position requires deep collaboration with Executive Leadership, Purchasing, Merchandising, Analytics, IT, and cross-functional partners to ensure all marketing work is accurate, compliant, timely, and aligned with business goals.

In this role, you will protect and strengthen the Famous brand voice, oversee digital engagement strategies, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work in a dynamic environment where data-driven insights shape creative decisions and where accountability is paramount.
