About the Role
The Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) serves as a pivotal leader within the Operations leadership team, responsible for overseeing and integrating all aspects of EHS programs across multiple facilities. This role is designed to foster a culture of safety and sustainability while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies. You will drive strategic initiatives that align measurable goals across diverse locations, ensuring every facility is focused on accomplishing common objectives. As a key resource for new capital projects and a mentor to the EHS team, you will play a central role in shaping the company's approach to safety excellence and environmental stewardship.
