About the Role
This is a strategic "Head of Engineering" position designed for a highly technical leader ready to oversee engineering operations and drive organizational evolution. The role is split between 60-70% technical leadership and 30-40% cross-functional management. You will own the engineering budget, define technical direction, and manage a globally distributed team of approximately 16 members.
As a key leader, you will partner directly with Product, Finance, and executive leadership to scale the engineering organization following a recent restructuring. The position requires maintaining strong technical credibility while operating strategically, driving AI adoption initiatives, and guiding API and infrastructure strategy within enterprise and regulated environments. This is a high-visibility role with significant influence over the future organizational structure and engineering culture.
