About the Role
As Director of Compensation at Sheetz, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leading the design and governance of compensation strategies for both our retail and corporate teams. In this pivotal role within Human Resources & Talent Management, you will oversee the full spectrum of base pay, incentives, and rewards programs designed to attract, motivate, and retain top talent in our fast-paced retail environment.
Your mission is to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity while leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making. Beyond managing annual compensation cycles and job evaluation processes, you will mentor a small team and champion Sheetz's culture of innovation and employee development. This position exists to align our total rewards philosophy with business goals, ensuring that our compensation structures support our growth and maintain our reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- verifiedSenior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-SCP a plus
- verifiedExperience with large-scale compensation programs
- verifiedBackground in retail, hospitality, or multi-unit environments preferred
