As Director of Compensation at Sheetz, you will serve as the strategic architect for our total rewards ecosystem, leading the design and governance of compensation strategies for both our retail and corporate teams. In this pivotal role within Human Resources & Talent Management, you will oversee the full spectrum of base pay, incentives, and rewards programs designed to attract, motivate, and retain top talent in our fast-paced retail environment.
You will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure our compensation structures remain market-competitive, internally equitable, and fully compliant with federal and state regulations.
