The Director of Clinical Training & Development leads clinical training, mentorship, and professional development across our organization. This role is responsible for building strong clinicians through structured onboarding, ongoing training, and mentorship while supporting the recruitment and development of future therapists. Additionally, this position oversees the student clinical rotation program, serving as a vital pipeline for future clinician hiring.

About the Role

You will serve as the primary clinical resource for therapists and managers, supporting clinical reasoning and skill development to promote consistency in care across our clinics. This position focuses exclusively on clinical training and development, ensuring a supportive environment where clinicians can thrive without the distraction of billing, coding, or financial operations.

Working in this role involves intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. You will work closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses, which may occasionally involve managing verbally or physically combative situations.
