About the Opportunity

Vaco is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed manufacturing organization to find a Director of Accounting & Finance for their Canal Fulton, OH facility. This is a direct-hire, onsite role designed for a hands-on financial leader who thrives in operational environments. The organization is currently evolving its finance structure and seeks a professional who enjoys building structure, elevating teams, and partnering closely with plant leadership.

In this position, you will play a critical role in strengthening accounting discipline, enhancing operational reporting, and supporting leadership with actionable financial insights. You will serve as a trusted finance partner to site leadership and corporate finance, translating financial results into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders while managing the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for the business unit.

Work Environment & Culture

This role is fully onsite at a manufacturing or industrial facility, requiring a leader comfortable operating in a hands-on, onsite capacity. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs. Requirements
