About the Role
The Director, Marketing Operations & Transformation is the architect of how marketing work gets done. This role exists to design and continuously improve the operating model, workforce, systems, AI adoption, and performance frameworks that enable Marketing to deliver greater impact with speed and at scale.
You will ensure the North American Marketing function operates as a modern, performance-driven, AI-enabled organization. This position provides operational and strategic leadership that tightly integrates with Strategy, Commercial Operations, Finance, and global Marketing Performance Measurement. Your mission is to strengthen execution credibility, elevate performance storytelling, and accelerate transformation initiatives across the region.
This role is open to candidates located in Boston, MA, Nashville, TN, or Raleigh, NC.
