Capital One is seeking a culture-led, results-driven, and strategic Director of Mainstreet Card Finance to lead a team of financial analysts. This position serves as a critical bridge between the Mainstreet Card business and the broader Finance organization, working directly with the Card Business Leadership Team, Card Finance Leadership Team, and senior leaders across Corporate Planning, Accounting, Balance Sheet & Capital Planning, and Corporate Development.
The Mainstreet Card business generates meaningful returns for both the Domestic Card segment and the total Company. In this capacity, you will act as a strategic thought partner and advisor to senior business leaders, generating ongoing analytical insights into business performance, the P&L, and consumer trends. The role demands strong cross-functional engagement and the ability to leverage data to influence high-level decisions. Beyond analytics, you will be expected to challenge the status quo, create well-managed sustainable processes, and serve as a talent and cultural beacon within the Finance organization.

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. 12+ years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or a combination. 5+ years' experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. 4+ years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reports.
