About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and analysis. This position is designed for a professional with a strong background in financial modeling, balance sheet analysis, and executive reporting. You will be instrumental in guiding strategic decision-making and optimizing financial performance across the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing current and past financial data to prepare reports and projections, while evaluating performance by comparing actual results against plans. You will monitor financial trends, identify causes of variances, and lead the development of executive-level reporting to present insights to senior management. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools and systems to streamline FP&A activities.
