The Director of Human Resources will provide leadership and establish a strategic partnership with all business lines as we open and grow this community. This role offers guidance in employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.
You will develop and execute HR strategies that align with enterprise-wide initiatives, fostering the development of high-performing teams. Partnering with senior leadership, you will guide complex employee relations cases to ensure a fair and inclusive work environment. Your focus will be on creating engagement and recognition programs that promote retention and support internal growth, while maintaining a positive work culture that attracts and retains top talent.
