We are excited to share a leadership opportunity for a Human Resources Director to play a critical role in the grand opening of Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living's most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, FL.

Emerson Lakes is a premier, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. This gated community features an impressive array of amenities, including multiple restaurants, a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a cutting-edge fitness center, and an onsite medical center.

About the Role

The Director of Human Resources will provide leadership and establish a strategic partnership with all business lines as we open and grow this community. This role offers guidance in employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.

You will develop and execute HR strategies that align with enterprise-wide initiatives, fostering the development of high-performing teams. Partnering with senior leadership, you will guide complex employee relations cases to ensure a fair and inclusive work environment. Your focus will be on creating engagement and recognition programs that promote retention and support internal growth, while maintaining a positive work culture that attracts and retains top talent.
