About the Role

As Finance Director, you will lead a collaborative team focused on meeting the unique needs of the children and families we serve. This role is pivotal in leveraging community strengths to support our mission. You will direct day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accounts receivable, payable, and payroll functions. Beyond managing financial operations, you will provide guidance and coaching to develop your finance staff, ensuring all organizational activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
