As the Director of Facilities Operations, you will serve as the strategic leader for all physical plant activities, including repair, maintenance, plant operations, and environmental services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the hospital's infrastructure supports our mission of patient care and operational excellence.
You will act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external issues related to the operation of our physical plant, safety management, and construction projects. Beyond technical oversight, you will supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned personnel, utilizing professional and supervisory discretion to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and high-quality service.
