The Director, Digital Content Strategy serves as a senior creative authority and integrator within Personal Health Care, leading the development and activation of digital-first creative strategies. This role is designed to build brand equity and drive business performance by ensuring creative investments work in tight synergy with Brand, Media, Performance Marketing, and Product Management disciplines.
You will bring senior-level leadership across strategy, production, and optimization, owning the creative vision, scalable systems, and ways of working. As a strategic bridge, you will align teams on priorities and trade-offs, ensuring creative excellence delivers both brand impact and measurable growth outcomes across Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned touchpoints.
Your work will focus on translating complex business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling creative direction. You will steward the brand creative vision, setting standards for voice and visual identity while enabling flexibility across channels and audiences. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to leading full-funnel creative experiences, ensuring that awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention efforts are cohesive, intentional, and data-informed.
You will oversee end-to-end creative development from concept through execution, guiding internal talent and external agency partners to elevate craft and meet high-volume output needs. By establishing scalable frameworks and modular asset systems, you will ensure creative execution adheres to brand governance and P&G standards, continuously raising creative effectiveness and ROI through a disciplined optimization mindset.
