About the Team
Global Product Solutions (GPS) is a central service team within Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO). Our mission is to deliver innovation and exceptional product and program solutions from concept through execution while cultivating our talent. We are currently focused on expanding FFIO's capabilities to support Fidelity's new digital and alternative investment products, navigating new and changing regulations, and implementing a brand-new technology platform that will transform how we work.
About the Role
You will serve as a critical digital subject matter expert within the Digital team, assessing and documenting requirements for Fidelity's digital investment products operational ecosystem, including cryptocurrencies and tokenized products. This role exists to accelerate the product roadmap and drive the transition from operational readiness to a scalable target state operating model.
In this position, you will interact with numerous groups across the Fidelity organization, effectively representing the business to customers and partners. Your day-to-day involves owning end-to-end program management for digital asset operations initiatives, building integrated project plans, and establishing cadence with business partners across FFIO, GPS, Asset Management, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology. You will also lead cross-functional execution for new capabilities and product launches, ensuring testing, readiness, and controlled releases while assisting Technology on roadmap delivery.

- check_circleMaintain documentation of operating models, process maps, RACI, controls, and playbooks
- check_circleCoordinate daily operational readiness for digital products including process stability, controls, and incident response
- check_circleTrack and resolve operational issues, drive root cause analysis and durable fixes
Requirements
