About the Role
The Director, Communications - Deputy Managing Principal serves as a senior communications leader responsible for shaping and delivering integrated, enterprise-wide internal communications. This role is pivotal in supporting the Deputy Managing Partner and aligned leadership priorities across Markets, Finance, Operations, Talent, Risk Management, and firmwide transformation initiatives. The position ensures clarity, cohesion, and impact across a complex, matrixed organization, while also supporting communications related to Super Region operational connectivity and member firm relations.
Operating as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will partner closely with the Chief Communications Officer and Communications Leaders to translate strategy into compelling narratives. Your work will enable transformation, manage risk, and inspire EY people through disciplined, high-impact communications execution. You will champion best-in-class internal communications practices, leveraging AI and technology to connect the dots across all programs and demonstrate clear alignment with the firm's strategy and ambitions.
