We've made a lot of progress since opening our doors in 1942, but one thing has never changed: our commitment to serve, heal, lead, educate, and innovate. We believe that every award earned, every record broken, and every patient helped is because of the dedicated employees who fill our hallways. At Ochsner, whether you work with patients every day or support those who do, you are making a difference and that matters.
As a key enterprise communications leadership position, the Director of CEO Communications is responsible for the conceptualization, research, development, and execution of internal and external communications for the Ochsner Health President & CEO. Working closely with senior leaders of enterprise communications, the Office of Strategy Management, division heads, and other key leaders, you will capture and refine the executive voice, key messages, and original, strategic content for the CEO. This role ensures consistency across internal and external platforms and audiences.
You will draft briefings, remarks, talking points, motivational messaging, video scripts, correspondence, social media content, board messages, and creative slide presentations. Additionally, you will support the CEO at on-site events and engagements. As an integrated member of both the enterprise communications team and the Office of Strategy Management, you will operate with the executive team while maintaining a dotted-line matrix reporting to the CEO's Chief of Staff and direct reporting to the enterprise communications team. Together, the leadership team will function as an open and cohesive unit, operating with elevated levels of respect, trust, transparency, and collaboration.
