The Business Developer is a professional networker and relationship builder who enjoys working with professionals from a wide range of industries. This role is designed for those who want to explore the career of a lifetime while driving revenue and profitability.
In this position, you will serve as the bridge between our diverse skill sets—including transactional accounting, finance, supply chain, administration, operations, marketing, sales, and human resources—and the clients who need them. Your day will involve establishing and developing ongoing client relationships, conducting prospecting activities through phone and email outreach, and managing open job orders from intake to fulfillment. You will actively develop target account lists and generate leads through professional relationships and candidate interactions. Success in this role requires collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill positions across other lines of business and national practices.
