The Director of B2B Lead Management & CDP Operations is a strategic leadership position designed to drive Staples Business growth by optimizing the entire B2B lead lifecycle. From initial qualification and scoring to routing, conversion, and customer lifetime value (CLV) enhancement, this role ensures that our lead management processes are efficient, effective, and data-driven.
In this capacity, you will oversee marketing email operations and lead the maturation of our Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your mission is to leverage technology and B2B marketing best practices to execute highly personalized, multi-touch campaigns that resonate with targeted audiences. By bridging the gap between marketing, sales, and site operations, you will transform our marketing operations from simple campaign deployment into sophisticated, personalized journeys that maximize pipeline quality and deliver measurable ROI.

MBA or Advanced Degree in a related field. CRM or CDP experience. Experience using CDPs such as Adobe Real-Time CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, or equivalent. Experience with AI-enabled marketing, predictive modeling, or advanced segmentation strategies. Experience supporting large-scale B2B sales organizations. Demonstrated success improving lead-to-opportunity conversion and pipeline velocity. Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar sales and marketing systems. Experience within a multi-channel or omni-channel B2B enterprise environment.
