About the Role
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager for ARAMARK within the Food & Beverage Operations industry, you will be a key driver of growth at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations. You will own the strategy and execution of regional field marketing programs that elevate ARAMARK's presence in universities, schools, hospitals, and institutional environments, directly supporting revenue, client retention, and brand awareness.
In this role, you will develop and manage integrated field marketing plans that align with ARAMARK's national priorities while tailoring messages, offers, and experiences to local markets. You will serve as a primary marketing partner to regional Sales and Operations leadership, translating business objectives into actionable marketing strategies that support both B2B and B2C outcomes. This includes supporting sales enablement with localized collateral and presentations, collaborating on go-to-market strategies for new contracts or concepts, and helping drive account growth through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
As a senior member of the field marketing team, you will work in a hybrid capacity, spending time both remotely and on-site at client locations to ensure programs are executed effectively and reflect ARAMARK's commitment to excellence and innovation. You will regularly interact with general managers, district managers, chefs, and front-line teams to understand on-the-ground needs and translate them into practical marketing solutions. Your ability to build trust, influence without direct authority, and communicate clearly with both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders will be critical to success.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- verifiedValid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to field locations
- verifiedProficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- verifiedFood & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry experience strongly preferred
- verifiedCertified Marketing Professional (e.g., AMA Professional Certified Marketer) preferred
