About the Role
The Director, Area Independent Living Sales is a regional leadership position based in the Texas Home Office, driving occupancy and revenue performance across multiple Lifespace communities in the North/Mid-west region. This role exists to ignite growth by leading high-performing sales teams and executing data-driven strategies that align with the company's mission.
In this position, you will partner closely with Community Sales Directors, Executive Directors, and senior sales leadership to build strong pipelines, optimize pricing and positioning, and deliver consistent Independent Living sales results. You will represent Lifespace in regional markets and industry events, ensuring the organization's values are reflected in every interaction.
