We are seeking a Director of Accounting and Tax/Controller to join our rapidly growing organization. This role carries full ownership of U.S. accounting and tax infrastructure and operations within a commercial-stage rare disease pharmaceutical company. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, reporting directly to the Head of Finance.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to transform the accounting and tax team into a scalable, high-performing organization capable of supporting rapid growth and operational excellence. You will be pivotal for the dynamic scaling ahead, coaching and inspiring team members while collaborating with cross-functional peers. We are looking for a naturally curious individual with deep industry fluency and public company accounting experience to lead our finance function during this exciting phase of growth.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Business Management. Prior experience in Big 4 public accounting firms. Experience within a commercial-stage pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences organization, or prior experience with Gross to Net and government pricing. Knowledge of IFRS.
