As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will be the heart of our care team, making a tangible difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. This role is about more than just completing tasks; it is about developing meaningful relationships with residents and building a supportive community within the home. You will partner with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care, ensuring a safe, clean, and respectful living environment for everyone.
Your day will involve supporting residents with daily living activities, monitoring their well-being, and assisting with transportation to appointments or activities. We value our caregivers as much as our clients, offering a supportive team culture where your contributions are recognized and appreciated.
