This is an entry-level career in the healthcare and education fields, perfect for positive, motivated individuals ready to get in on the ground floor. You will help residents achieve and exceed their personal goals by providing structure and emotional support. Your day will involve assisting with personal hygiene needs, helping resolve behavioral issues, and completing detailed, accurate documentation. Additionally, you will transport program participants to and from medical appointments and recreation activities using agency vehicles.
