As a Registered Dietitian, you will join our team to assure residents' balanced nutrition needs, accounting for specific medical conditions and food preferences to achieve agreed-upon health goals. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical nutrition and daily foodservice, ensuring that every resident receives personalized care that supports their physical and emotional well-being.
In this position, you will act as a vital liaison between foodservice and clinical nutrition needs. Your day will involve collaborating with clinical teams to facilitate appropriate nutritional care and care planning, providing diet counseling to residents and their families, and managing menu updates and therapeutic dietary changes. You will also serve as a key resource for policy and procedures pertaining to clinical nutrition, helping to fulfill St. John's mission, vision, and values.
