Since 1960, Benchmark Human Services has been connecting people and potential. We are one of the most respected leaders in the country for intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health. Our mission is to empower those we serve to live as independently as possible, be included in their communities, and reach their full potential.
This mission extends to our employees, who bring it to life each day. We actively strive to be a workplace that honors the unique experiences, perspectives, and strengths of our team. We believe we are stronger, better, and more effective when we create space for everyone to be their authentic selves. From residential programs to crisis response and early intervention, our impact spans across the country, as highlighted in our "65 Years of Stories" campaign.
We are seeking dedicated individuals to work in day services and within the homes of individuals with disabilities and behavioral health needs. While the role comes with challenges, it offers even greater self-fulfillment when you make a positive change in another person's life. Experience is not required; comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure your success.
You will work in a fun, collaborative environment across various settings, including Supported Living, Group Homes, and Day Programs. Whether you are interested in full-time, part-time, or weekend shifts, you will play a vital role in protecting the rights of those we serve, assisting with personal care, and teaching meaningful activities that increase recreation and socialization. You will develop a positive rapport with individuals, serving as a role model to create a safe and caring environment while documenting progress toward their goals.
Interested candidates can apply online at www.BenchmarkHS.com/Careers. Upon hire, all candidates will be required to complete a background check in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
Benchmark Human Services is an EOE/AAP Employer. Veterans, women, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.
