As a Direct Support Professional, you will join a mission-driven team to support individuals in living more independent, fulfilling lives. This role is about more than just tasks; it is about building real connections and creating relationships that motivate us all every day. You will act as a mentor, advocate, and friend, taking initiative in a position where your ideas and dedication are valued.
In this part-time, onsite capacity, you will help individuals reach personal and developmental goals, from budgeting and nutrition to community activities and recreation. Your day will involve assisting with daily living activities, promoting inclusion by helping individuals engage with their communities, and enjoying favorite events together. It is an opportunity to experience a career well lived while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
We are looking for individuals who want part-time work that actually means something. Whether you are starting your journey in caregiving or bringing years of experience, you will find stability with a nationwide organization that values growth and advancement, even in part-time roles. We offer flexible schedules and an on-demand pay option so you can access your earnings when you need them.
