About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you will join a mission-driven team to support individuals in living more independent, fulfilling lives. You will act as a mentor, advocate, and friend, taking initiative in a position where your ideas and dedication are valued.
In this part-time, onsite capacity, you will help individuals reach personal and developmental goals, from budgeting and nutrition to community activities and recreation. Your day will involve assisting with daily living activities, promoting inclusion by helping individuals engage with their communities, and enjoying favorite events together.
