About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will become a hero to someone in your community. You will work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD). Your mission is to help them reach their full potential by teaching them to do things for themselves, enabling them to live more independent and purposeful lives.
This role is designed for those seeking meaningful work with weekly income. You will provide personal care assistance, help with everyday tasks like meal preparation, and accompany clients on errands, appointments, and community outings. By spending time on a client's favorite hobbies and activities, you will facilitate their integration into the community. We strive to match opportunities within 30 minutes of your home to ensure short commute times, offering a stable and supportive work environment with around-the-clock clinical support.

We are currently seeking DSPs to join our team in and around Lehigh County, PA, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Northampton, and Macungie.
