About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Unarmed Retail Security Officer to join our team in Rialto, CA. In this role, you will serve as a highly visible deterrent to crime while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, secure environment for our clients.
Your day-to-day duties involve conducting patrols (foot and vehicle), monitoring surveillance, and promptly notifying supervisors of any irregularities, suspicious activities, or safety hazards. You will also be tasked with removing trespassers and generating accurate, professional reports on daily surveillance activities and incidents. This position requires embodying our company values while operating as a trusted guardian of the site.

Requirements
