About the Role
As a Direct Hire Recruiter at Jackson Pharmacy Professionals, Jackson Therapy Partners, or Jackson Health Pros, you'll be the key connection between talented clinicians and opportunities nationwide. Your role is to aggressively source, screen, and place healthcare professionals in permanent positions, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build a robust pipeline, and maintain lasting relationships with clinicians. Your ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment will be critical to your success.
