About the Role
As a Direct Field Marketing Manager (Canvassing), you will lead and scale a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team within a fast-growing environment. Your primary mission is to drive team development, execute territory strategies, and ensure consistent lead generation to fuel the company's growth. This role serves as the operational backbone for field marketing efforts, bridging the gap between strategic planning and on-the-ground execution.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the canvassing team, from interviewing and hiring to training, managing, and motivating field staff. Your day-to-day involves planning neighborhood routes and daily field schedules, developing effective canvassing strategies, and conducting regular team meetings to provide ongoing coaching. Success in this position requires close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure all field efforts are perfectly aligned with broader company goals.
Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader specifically within the Home Improvement Industry.
