Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people of all ages with a physical and/or intellectual disability. This 1099 contract opportunity is designed for mission-driven individuals who value autonomy and professional flexibility. As a contractor, you have the freedom to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle, coordinating visits based on your availability and the specific needs of the people you serve.
