About the Role

As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate heart of our patient-centered environment. Your primary mission is to support patients with daily living activities, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and dignity. Whether in a home or facility setting, you will provide hands-on personal care, assisting with mobility, hygiene, and meals.

This role is vital to the care continuum. You will work closely with nurses and the broader clinical team to implement individualized care plans, observing and promptly reporting any changes in a patient's condition. By upholding our values of compassion and patient-centered care, you will help create a safe, clean, and dignified environment for every individual you serve.
