About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate heart of our patient-centered environment. This role exists to support patients in maintaining their independence while receiving the highest standard of care. Whether in a home or facility setting, you will provide hands-on personal care, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
Your day will involve working closely with nurses and the broader care team to follow individualized care plans. You will observe and report changes in patient condition promptly, ensuring that every interaction promotes safety, dignity, and well-being. Hiring Process
