About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate face of our care team, supporting patients with daily living activities to promote their independence. Whether in home or facility settings, your day will involve providing hands-on personal care, assisting with mobility and hygiene, and ensuring safe, dignified environments for all.
You will work closely with nurses and other caregivers to follow individualized care plans, observing and reporting changes in patient condition to the clinical team promptly. This role is essential for maintaining the safety and well-being of our patients while allowing you to grow professionally through ongoing training and development opportunities.
