About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Direct Care Worker to support patients with daily living activities and promote independence within a patient-centered environment. Whether in home or facility settings, you will provide hands-on personal care, assisting with mobility, hygiene, meals, and safety. This role is vital for observing and reporting changes in patient condition to the clinical team, ensuring that individualized care plans are followed with precision.
You will work closely with nurses and other caregivers to support patient goals, upholding our values of compassion and dignity. From accurate documentation to safe transfer assistance, your work ensures a safe, clean, and dignified environment for all patients.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a background check and health screenings. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for those providing in-home care.
