About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate face of our care team, supporting patients with daily living activities to promote their independence. Whether in a home or facility setting, your role is to provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility and hygiene, and ensure a safe, dignified environment. You will work closely with nurses and other caregivers to follow individualized care plans, observing and reporting changes in patient condition to the clinical team promptly. This position is vital to maintaining the well-being of those we serve while allowing you to grow professionally through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- verifiedCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) credential preferred
- verifiedValid driver's license and reliable transportation if providing in-home care
- verifiedAbility to pass background check and health screenings
- verifiedKnowledge of basic infection control and HIPAA standards
