About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate heart of our patient-centered environment. This role exists to support patients with daily living activities, helping them maintain their independence while receiving the highest standard of care. Whether in a home or facility setting, you will provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility and hygiene, and ensure a safe, dignified atmosphere for every individual.
In this position, you will work closely with nurses and the broader care team to implement individualized care plans. Your day will involve observing and promptly reporting changes in patient conditions, assisting with meals and hydration, and documenting care accurately. By upholding our values of compassion and patient-centered care, you will play a vital role in the well-being of those we serve.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent CPR/First Aid certification preferred
