About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate heart of our care team, supporting patients with daily living activities to promote their independence. Whether in a home or facility setting, your role involves providing hands-on personal care, assisting with mobility and hygiene, and ensuring safe, dignified environments. You will work closely with nurses and other caregivers to implement individualized care plans, observing and promptly reporting any changes in patient condition to the clinical team. This position is vital for upholding our values of compassion, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a background check and complete required health screenings. For roles involving in-home care, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Requirements
