Allianz Life is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of our enterprise digital marketing platforms. This role is critical for establishing a robust foundation in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Modular Content Management, while laying the groundwork for future CMS modernization, personalization, and AI-enabled workflows.
You will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, owning the product vision and roadmap for our digital content ecosystems. In this position, you will define metadata standards, drive content governance, and ensure our platforms support compliance and personalization needs. The role requires a deep understanding of the content supply chain and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes within the financial domain.
This is a hybrid role based in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Candidates must be local to the area and possess local project experience. The work model requires onsite presence three days per week to facilitate close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
We are looking for candidates with specific local experience in the financial domain. The screening process will focus on verifying your background with DAM and CMS platforms, as well as your ability to manage product backlogs in an Agile environment. Successful candidates will move through a structured interview process to demonstrate their expertise in content governance, modular content frameworks, and stakeholder management.

Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools and workflow automation. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation programs. Knowledge of personalization platforms and customer segmentation. Understanding of SEO, Accessibility, and UX/UI best practices. Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industries. Experience supporting both DAM and CMS ecosystems. Knowledge of modular content architecture and structured content models. Experience with Headless CMS and Composable Architecture.
