Join Vericast as a Digital Printer Operator on our 2nd shift and dive into the fast-paced world of digital printing. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will master our digital printing equipment, handling setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure operations run smoothly. You will collaborate closely with the team to plan staffing and meet production goals for each shift. Effective communication during shift overlaps is key to boosting overall plant performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace and adhering to strict quality control standards to ensure every print is precise.
The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift 15–30 lbs frequently and stand for 8–10 hours a day.
This is a full-time role scheduled from Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be required. The base pay is $17.50 per hour, with an additional $1.75 per hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for a pay increase after 90 days.
